Five days of elliptical riding flew by just like that. Since the last two days were relatively easy (minus a little soreness), the decision was made to start slowly increasing resistance & incline to level 3 on Day 6 of the challenge. Hydration is very important when working out. There is also no need to look like a beauty queen either. Wear what is most comfortable and put your hair up. Mrs. Like It Quads were talking to her on day 5. It lasted about 2 or 3 minutes and went away. She got into Peak Cardio before taking her half break. Lots of self talk happened off camera. BEHIND THE SCENES | This video was recorded using the Canon 80D with the 18-135mm lens (our general lens for most of our videos). As usual, we used Open Shot for editing the footage together and Canva for creating cards, captions & thumbnails. This thumbnail was created using Tube Buddy & Canva, along with Paint & removebg website. We frequently take screen shots of images from the footage and put it in a basic paint program (we have windows computer). We crop the image as small as we can and then place the image into the website (www.remove.bg) That has been a very useful website for our videos. Sometimes we only use Canva for Thumbnails. Technical Note | from Mrs. Like It | It took me a while to get my groove on through this style of daily vlog in terms of music, behind the video & captions. I found out quickly it was easier to use less captions during this 30 day challenge where I was posting almost every single day. I did 30 days and posted 30 videos in about a 32 day period.
